is there anyone here that will shorten the lenght of my peapod 6 inches
and narrow the width 6 inches.its a 50 degree peapod and the insulation

The width adjustment might be fairly easy...I think the Peapods have a seam running the full length that could be opened. I don't know about the length, though - aren't those things tapered at the ends? That could make changing the length a pretty big project.

How much weight do you think you'll save that way? Just curious.

Just tie a cinch around the end or both ends....that will shorten it....few ounces won't hurt you.

:) i re-hung my camo travel hammock and my peapod using elastic cord to keep my peapod taunt now it does sag ,no other mods needed.:cool: neo

i slept in my camo travel hammock and 50 degree peapod and 9x9 guide gear tarp last night its going to be in the upper 50's for the low the next 3 night
gonna do it again tonite:cool: neo
