What I did was walk into REI with my gear talk with a person who works there about what I wad doing and proceeded to try out their bags... I settled with their largest size of their brand for top and bottom quilt... I don't remember the side but it was the size for a standard sleeping bag...
I use the 15L and 20L compressible e-vent drysacks... err on the bigger size because you can compress them quite small - especially with quality down.
I matched the size of the stock stuff bags of the tq/uq to the size listed of sea-to-summit e-vent compression dry bags, in my case 2-10 liter bags worked perfect and provided more flexibility when packing.
Last night I bought the 30L compression Dry sack with the intention of putting both TQ and UQ and my hammock all in on bag. Works great, even for my winter gear which is a little bigger.

What is your UQ made of? As I understand it, both down and synthetic can be damaged by overcompressing them in a stuff sack.

A 20 liter is just big enough for my 20* incubator and my DIY down tq. I tried a 14 liter but was very hard to close up
This might be abit off topic but has anyone keep their UQ attached to the hammock and slide the whole thing into a bishop sack? PRO's and Con's?
