Yes and I appreciate you lending that gear out. I will post a full report to you tomorrow. I am sleeping out tonight here in Maine and the temps are just below 30 right now, I hope they drop some. I was hoping it would be a little colder for this gear test but 30 will do.
dang you. Nice set up.
Lookin good dude!
It should be home any day now. I sent it UPS on Thurs. Wanted to get it out sooner but the planets did not align...:(
Hey! I resemble that remark! If it had been my blackbird I would have sent the leg breakers long ago. :scared:
Adam
You are not the only one in possession of my gear right now, Adam. Just my prize baby, my one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable baby.;) I'm a one man loaner shop lately. It's dead time for me right now, with all that I have going on, so it's a good time to loan gear.
Dang UPS - I know you sent it back - the whole package must have weighed 20 lbs with all the extra gear I made you ship back to me. But you saved me $150 weight penalty on the plane ride back, so I truly appreciate it.
Don't worry, no leg breakers are on their way.
Who turned on the oven? :scared:
Last night was fairly cool and breezy. Nothing to write home to mom about. I wore shorts, t-shirt, and socks in the BB hammock last night. SnugFit under the BB and a 20 degree bad on top. Kelty Noah's Tarp 12 overhead. No CCF pad.
I was way past being toasty. It was scary warm. I hate being cold, but last night I found myself wishing it was MUCH colder just to see how low I could go with this setup.
