As seen in all the top Hollywood block busters. I think that must be the river Hollywood show in all the movies they make, cuz I think I've seen it a few times in the movies. Very nice, mind you! Love thoughs great big boulders. Thanks for the trip report, TomsBackwoods! Looks like a nice place to hike, can’t go wrong with a river like that, that’s for sure!

Hey Tom,
I didn't realize you were so close! We should punch out some time to hang out together.
When I was in PA school I spent a bunck of time on that trail and roaming around that river. Spokane is truly the city of bridges!
Thanks for sharing the vid and the views. Cool that your wife is willing to share the outdoor time with you. Looks like she's quite the navigator.

Yes Spokane has been in a lot of movies, and some are even filmed here for the whole entire movie. A lot of famous actors and actresses have property in or around the area as well. And some movies stars were born and raised here as well. Pretty much any given time of the year a person is bound to run into a few of them.
That being said, the only thing we have going for us here is the out doors scene, aside from that, the economy, jobs, (were ranked #3 in the nation for worst place to find a job) and people suck.

Yea I agree for the most part! Unfortunately its even harder to find a decent paying job where I live so the wife and I have to commute for work. She goes to Post falls and I to Spokane. A nice place to visit But I wouldn't want to live there
