Ditto, and maybe -20 ( on bottom ) depending on how thick and how many poorly compressing layers ( like fleece) you are wearing. And depending on if you are wearing VB clothing ( opinions vary widely on that one, but that alone has added ~ 20* for several folks ). And of course, depending greatly on you and how much you need, could be only +10-20F!Quote:

Head insulation is ultra-important and those kinds of temps. Some folks forget that when they go from a 20F mummy bag to a 20F TQ, they are losing the uber important hood and neck collar. Which is a lot of thick ( 2 or 3") insulation around your head and neck.
