any ideas for a diy suspension?

i am currently using slap straps and they are a pain in the butt. if anybody has any ideas id surely appreciate it.

Hammock suspension words worthy of making a note of are

descending rings,
polyester webbing,polyopolene webbing,
amsteel,cinch buckles,
dutch clips.lightweight carabiners,
whoopie slings my favourite.
