Does ContactMe work?
Just wondering if anyone has had a reply when using the Contact form on the OES web site? I tried clicking that menu option from MyAccount log in and got the 404 Not Found error message.
I know I've been able to bring that page up before, maybe before I logged into my account, but I don't recall getting a reply from messages posted there.
I see a Ship 5/6 on Cat-cut rectangular tarps and was curious about the status of my Order #: 15825. Has anyone else gotten their rectangular tarps ordered in late March or afterwards?

...although I've heard contacting him is near impossible, and I've heard of wait times going for many many months.

I'm 3 or 4 weeks deep waiting for a tarp. No response to emails. I'll wait only as long as I can to file a dispute with the CC company, or not if I get impatient. Seems like Brain tried to get his sheeot together at the begining of the year but has fallen back into bad habbits. We missed the small window of good customer service.

There's no questioning the quality of the product, it is first rate.
But it can be disconcerting when the charge is already on the credit card, time passes, and there is no response to email - either directly to an address or via the web page form.
I've never heard of anyone not getting their tarp. I hope the web site note, "Ship 5/6," for Cat cut Rectangular means something will appear this week.

I don't believe I noted what it indicated by the 10 x 10 tarps when I ordered mine. I did however remember seeing the "All tarps in stock and ship within 24-48 hours" a little higher on the page. Maybe this week will bring a suprise in the mailbox.
