2Q&ZQ: Hello this is Peggy how may i help you...Not!

Hey fellow hangers,

As some of you who have dealt with 2Q and ZQ in the past have found out as i have found out there is no PEGGY at the end of this line. For those of you who have not had the pleasure of dealing with either Tim or Donna, you are in for a true treat. Not only did Donna take the time to speak with me, oh my God, a real true person does exist on the end of the other line, for about 10 minutes but that same night, not even an hour later, i was on the phone with Tim for another 15 minutes.
You want to talk about customer service...well they exemplify customer service. Let me tell you if you have any reason to deal with Tim and Donna you are truly in good hands.
I had a Mod 3 done on my HH Explorer Deluxe...will arrive tomorrow morning so says the USPS...but you know what, i have absolutely no fear about the quality of work. From start to finish they put your mind at ease, give you what you want, and the communication is great.
The only hard part was waiting for my "New" gear. LOL.
Such is life but you can't rush quality.

+1 and that good service isn't just the first time to lure you in the door. If you think you like them now, you'll love them after you've enjoyed your Mod 3 and even more with each subsequent time you deal with them.

When I had my DJ done with a Mod4, I simply trusted that it would be done and shipped. I was amazed at how many 'touches' were made by Tim and Donna. More than was needed to make me feel confident, since they had already earned my trust with their dealings with other HF members. It was refreshing and very pleasant. Heck, sometimes it was just downright fun! By the time I got my hammock back, the quality of work was almost just a bonus. :D

Yes, they are wonderful to deal with. They have my DJ and Hyperlite right now for a Mod#4. I know the quality will be above reproach. I am just getting anxious to get them back... :woot: :thumbup:

What's really nice too is that they'll take the time to exchange PM's and ideas with you well BEFORE you even ship something off to them.

I had an idea on putting velcro closures on the ends of the doors that they will sew onto the ends of tarps.

Exchanged a couple of emails with them on the idea...shipped off my tarp...got the finished product in and it's AWESOME!

EXACTLY what I wanted...now I have a tarp that I consider far superior to the HH Typhoon...because the doors can be completely sealed on either end either pulled in towards me or out away from the bottom of the hammock.

This gives me tons of wind/rain/snow free space under the tarp. And the doors match perfectly...you wouldn't know that the whole thing didn't come from the factory like that!

Just dealt with Donna on ordering a UQP and can plus one all of the above!
