Looking to get rid of my old hammock and get one of these for my thru hike this summer! If anyone has one they're not using anymore, I'd love to buy it if the condition and price is right!
For a thru hike go for an explorer UL if you can find a good deal. It's the same weight for much more room. The expedition is kind of tight unless you're well under 6'.
On Hennessy's site they Explorer UL's go for about $100 more than the expedition....unless I'm looking at the wrong one. Also, I'm about 5'9 / 5'10.
