Chinook on a Bird
Currently I have an HH Explorer Deluxe (my first camping hammock) and after a 2-night camping trip have decided I'll never camp on the ground again, at least not without throwing a huge hissy first :D But I have to admit after spending a couple nights in the HH and reading more and more I'm really intrigued by the WBBB. I think the main reason why I went with the HH is just because it was a "complete package" (i.e. hammock, net, tarp, etc.) while the WBBB didn't have a tarp. Also, I thought the bottom-entry would be a great feature, which I've since questioned that way of thinking.
Anywho, on to my real question...Would the Chinook 12' x 9.5' be a large enough tarp for the WBBB? Also, most likely my gf will be with me while camping and will want to share a tarp. I realize that the 12'x9.5' wouldn't quite be enough at that point and I'd want the 12x14. Would the 12x14 be too large to use individually because I don't want to buy 2 tarps if I don't have to? Point of note: We are car campers.
These are mainly hypethetical questions so I have the knowlege if I so need it

A 12' x 9.5' tarp is plenty big enough for a single and probably ok for non-stormy double use. The other 12'x14' would be huge and easily good for two, especially if pitched in situations where two hammocks are tied to one tree at one end and two trees on the opposite end.
