not only side rails, but cross-pieces at the short ends to make a frame. Really interesting idea. I'm curious about where the edges of the frame come together, how much of a join is needed there to keep the frame rectangular, rather than trapezoidal
It would have to be as tight as possible to keep it from sagging as you mentioned. Maybe there's a small hinge that locks to connect the final corner...
meej62, what happened to your original post and images? :scared: Luckily, I saved them , but not sure if there is some issue re-posting them here, perhaps some problem regarding patent pending status? Please post manufacturer info asap. Thanks!
What ever happened to the OP's reviews?
He has been CONSTANTLY posting pictures and descriptions, then deleting them. It's getting to the point where it's really screwed up several conversations, where people start discussing something, then he goes back and removes it and you can't figure out what the heck these people are talking about.
If he keeps pulling this crap, I suggest the mods step in. What point is it having a discussion forum if you can't figure out what's happening in the discussion?
Here's one of the pictures he posted and then deleted:

Well heck this whole thread is confusing.....
I'm thinking a cot and a bug net would be lighter and provide exactly the same lay.
Now...............what ever happened to the OP's bridge hammock battle?
Did I miss the review, what the ell? Is this some kind of Guamanian joke?
Whiny hamocker.
