You should just be clipping the S-Biner on to the hammock suspension, right above the hammock. Clip one S-Biner on one end, one on the other. The shock cords just keep the quilt tight against the hammock.
I was overthinking it. I was just outside, clipped it on and knew exactly what to do.
I should have done that before posting. Pretty amazing because it's a chilly 39* here today and the wind is rocking pretty good, whipping around my hammock until I got the WBBB's two stakes down.
Warmth was immediate. I then reached outside and shoved the UQ over and my back was instantly cold. Very impressive.
