Utah Hang
Is anyone interested in attending an organized hang in Utah? We can choose to do it anywhere in the state; including, but not limited to the High Uintas, Zion NP, etc. Of course we'll want to select a location with trees larger than the more prevalent sagebrush.
High Uintas can include hiking to one or more lakes above 10,000 ft. for fishing.
Zion NP can include hiking one of many trails in the park including the Subway, Angels Landing, and/or fishing at nearby Kolob Reservoir (a blue ribbon fishery).
Dates, number of times, and location options are wide open. I'm just posting to see how much interest there is in a Utah hang. If you're interested, reply with suggested dates, preferred number of nights, locations, etc. and we'll see if we can get together for a hang.

There had been a small amount of talk of a hang on Boulder Mountain sometime in the spring. I am in for sure if that comes together. Snow pack will play a factor in when that one will work best but so far it looks a lot better for mid spring this year than last year did.

I would love to join in on the hang in Zion. I haven't been up to the Uintas since I left N. Utah in 93 and would love to hike there again. Are you guys on Bogley Outdoors? Great trip reports that could help with planning a solid group hike and hang. Looking forward to what ever.

I'm interested!!! Dixie, Zion, Wasatch, Ashley, Manti-La Sal, Boulder - Pick a location and date, I'll put it on the calendar.
I was thinking about going down around Escalante this spring. I need to explore that area some more. ;)

I may be interested. It depends on the work schedule and how far away it is.
