Late last night, I couldn't access HF through the PC or Tapatalk. I got a Default Website Page.:eek: I checked with another member and they, too, could not access the site. After a few minutes, my mind began to race...what if HF suddenly disappeared??????:scared: How would we all survive???? I sure would miss my HF friends. :crying
What happened?
An automatic software update on the server didn't work smoothly.
It wasn't down for long. No big deal.
I was relieved when it came back up. Had to peek one last time before going to snooze land. Thanks for keeping it all working smoothly!!!!!
Mine was still down today on my computer when I got home from work. Worked on the phone so I knew it was an issue on my side then. Simple removal of the cookies and here we are.
No big deal? What? World peace relies heavily on HF being up! Imagine all of our HF family without something to occupy their time at 11pm!Quote:

Not getting thru to the web site is a problem, but not THE problem. For folks my age, that problem is...When my car breaks, I know how to troubleshoot it, how get a part and fix it, or at least I feel like I have a sporting shot at it. Symptomatic of my age, when the computer doesn't work, I check the wall socket, the wi fi...ah, I don't really understand that part, and there you go, I'm screwed. And I know it. Call my kid or stew. TV remote on cable isn't working right past two months. I'm screwed. Need the kid to visit...Its a generational thing! On the other hand....
