Nice!! Looking forward to the report!!
Goin' ta have to break down and get me a 3S TQ from Adam to go with my 3S Crowsnest ... this post didn't help me out at all! :scared:
It's a thing of beauty for sure!.
I'm headed "north" this weekend (November 5-7) probably to Jay Cooke State Park (fewer hunters there since this is the opening of deer season for firearms on Saturday).
Lows are forecast to be in the 25-30 degree range, not a real test for a winter-weight TQ, but I'll probably take it anyway to give a try.
Pics to come!!
Beep your picture of the winter Burrow and the MW4 side by side looks like the MW4 is very fluffy does it have any overstuff in it at all? I have sworn off of JRB quilts due to the last 2 quilts I ordered including a MW4 are grossly understuffed. The only reason I ask this is because I am replacing the JRB quilts with Stormcrows products piece by piece.
The winter Burrow you have there is a thing of beauty thats for sure.
I traded for a winter CN with 2oz of overstuff and its a little piece of heaven.
Next is a 3s Burrow for sure!
Sweeeeet ! I will be saving up for one of them next year
Does the Burrow have a cinch at the top to help it stay in place around your neck? Or do you just have to tuck it in around you?
The "head" end has a single snap at the outside corners and a drawstring with cord lock in the middle. I snap the corners together and pull the opening over my head and shoulders, then pull on the drawstring to cinch down the opening around my neck. It takes only a moment and is easy to insure the sides are tucked under my shoulders.
