New guy from AZ
I've been lurking here for about 2 weeks now, and decided it was time to emerge from the darkness and say hello.
Right now I'm using a Hennessy Hammock Ultralight Backpacker with stock suspension, although I've got whoopies on the way.
Thanks to the stodgy hammockers @ backpacking light for recommending this place.

Welcome! I use to live down in Azirona(sp deliberately) in the 70's. I really like Tucson. Do you hang between the Saguaros? :)

Welcome, SS! I've never hung in AZ, but I have slept on the ground in AZ a whole bunch. So, maybe there are some nearby hanging spots on Mt. Lemmon? (SP?) Also, millions of acres of grand and beautiful hanging along the Mogollon Rim, White Mountains, Flagstaff area etc etc. Fun, fun, fun!
