Dave from Maryland
Hi, how's it going...... Started hammock camping last year, mostly by bike. It sure beats finding a nice flat spot to pitch a tent. I like how there's a minimal amount of gear you have to carry.
Anyway, I'm from right outside of Baltimore, and have been slowly figuring it out.
I've been trying to come to a decision about picking up an underquilt, it's a lot harder than I thought. I can't believe how many choices there are.
I do think it's amusing that dyneema is so common in all of this too. I do a lot of spearfishing and always have that stuff laying around.
Other than that, I enjoy fishing and freediving, with a little bit of craft beer in the mix :)

Welcome Dave. Lots of advice here. After a half dozen UQs, my favorite is still the HG Incubator.

Welcome from south Louisiana. This is one of the most informational spots for anything hammock. Ask questions, read threads on insulation, or check out every one of the cottage shop websites.
