It's a little too early to set it in stone at the moment, but I'm fairly sure you can count on on the Captain to show.
Paul from Underground Quilts, the man who has single handedly helped me be more comfy while hanging, has let me know that he plans to attend the SC Fall Sprawl. Word is that he MAY be bringing some goodies down for the raffle and for sale to the awesome people at the hang, so I suggest putting your pennies in a jar! You may just realize you need a bigger (or smaller, or different) tarp or a quilt!
So boys and girls, GET READY
we had just been talking about the hang and the stuff hes made for me and mentioned wanting to know when it was (when i narrowed down the dates) since i invited him last year. just figured id give some heads up.
Good deal, will be bringing more cash this year if the schedule works.
The hubby and I are in, and we look forward to meeting Paul.
Just a heads up to anyone considering bringing a jetski or boat; that lake is full of stumps. I mean full of them. I hit one last year with the jetski, thankfully I was going really slow, as I had just seen stumps about an inch below the surface. Bring the canoes and kayaks, but leave the jetskis and boats at home, unless you know this lake.
ah, yes...bring your flats boats!
Log rafts ONLY.
