Jeff is right that there is different cording on the different HH models. Your profile indicates that you have an Expedition, though, which if I recall correctly has cording that's very thick.
There is a step-by-step writeup in this thread that should help explain the whole process of changing out that cording easily.
If you search the gallery for "hennessy knot" you'll find a couple of good photos of the attachment to the hammock.
I did the same mod on an expedition. The stock line will be too large to prussic through the buckle and have enough space left to use the webbing easily. I think I used 3.5 or 4mm line, and then was able to tie to the hammock with the doubled lines.

Oh yes, it beats the hennessy knot by far, except for weight. Takes just seconds to hang and adjust. I just yesterday switched to the whoopie sling system, but did that primarily because I'm intrigued by experimenting with the
different suspension systems. If I were car and kayak camping, the cinch buckle and webbing system would be the only way to go.

Anyone have a solution for slippage of straps on the tree trunks? As in the strap slipped down the trunk. I just came back from the Smokies and I spent more time readjusting the straps at the tree trunk than sleeping! The trees were wet, mossy. I use the hammock bliss straps. Do I need more strap so I can wrap around trunk more?
