WS RL and Knots

So I managed to the the fixed loop of my WS SRL attached to my ENO DN in such a way that I couldn't get it off. I have a the WS all in one suspension and had a bug net on while trying to rig the Rl. Long story short I had to cut the fixed eye after an hour of dinking with it. I made a loop on the cut end by tying an overhand knot. Will this be enough to hold the RL? How much does the knot degrade the strength? Its made of 2.2mm Dyneema. Also my RL should be a bit loose right? Not guitar string tight?

For a ridgeline it should be OK. The SRL should not be tight, just taut enough so you can flex it. In some situations where trees are farther apart than is ideal or if you cannot get the straps high enough on the tree, the SRL can end up being pulled fairly tight.
