I'm looking at maybe a BMBH or an XLC.
So for those who know, which would be the pick for a side sleeper ?

BMBH with a neo air 25x77 sleeps like a reg bed. I haven't found anything more comfortable than these for multi position sleepers. My son tosses and turns all night and most mornings I find him on his belly sleeping soundly in the BMBH. The trick is finding just the right amount of air pressure to keep the flat shape but make it soft enough to be comfortable.
The WB RidgeRunner is also good for me for side sleeping with a thermarest with very little air in it. Very comfy for me, but a bit narrow for bigger folks to side sleep.
Also, PapaSmurf's DangerBird is excellent for side sleeping. For me anyway, YMMV.
I (6'2", 270lbs) sleep comfortable on my side in my ENO DN. It's all about getting the hang dialed in. Once you've got the angles right, it's smooth sailing from there.
WBRR was substantially more comfortable than the BMBH for me.
I'll second that notion. I sleep all different sorts of ways, and I can do almost all of them (except completely flat on my stomach) comfortably in my DangerBird. Sidesleeping is VERY comfy in the DangerBird, and it's usually how I fall asleep, though I usually wake up on my back... well-rested. :)
I've side-slept in an Eno dn and my wbbb. No problems. It's really more about how you hang it.
