Well I had to pull up short last night. I went by Louise's after coming out of the gorge last evening ... I must have gotten there later than Tim felt like waiting ... but had a great dinner of Chicken Dumplings, shrimp chowder and of course Rhubarb/Strawberry pie. I had planned to spend one more night in the gorge but found out my Cairn Terrier Spencer was down with a viral infection. The wife got him to the vet and some meds. By the time I got home last night around 9 pm ... he was still down but I got plenty of licks and wiggles from him. His fever broke last night about midnight and he's eating again this morning. So life is good! As I type he's laying at my feet ... and won't leave my side.
I'll post a trip report and a crap load of photos later today.
Good bunch ... these tree hangers I met for the first time in the Big Ditch! :)
When these trip reports start coming in ... you're going to wish you'd been there!
Hey all,
Well, it's Friday am and I think reality is starting to set in.:(
Got to get back to making big boards into little ones. Man, what a great time and great bunch of people!! I love these hangs.:D
I'll be giving the video footage I got from the hang to Running Feather and together we'll see if we can give ya'll a good video report of this fantastic trip soon.
Again, what a great time!! Thanks to all who made this a memorable time!
Hey thanks! Hope all is well with you too! Had a great time. Been looking through my pictures ... lots of good memories ... and some disappointment in the camera I managed to show up with! Rain is not a good thing for some cameras a Shug and I've found out!
Amazing how long this trip took to get here and how fast it went by!
Had a great time guys. Gotta work 10 hours today, so I'll write something later.

My photos are not good. I was using an unfamiliar camera and someone at home had changed some setting that I was not aware of. I may find a couple I'm not ashamed to post. Well see.
Hawk-Eye, glad to hear Spence is doing better. Scratch behind the ears for me. OK?

Will do! He's really perked up this morning! Back to giving me the "look" for being on the laptop!
Don't fret your pictures Ken .. except for the memories ... mine are pretty bad too. Fogged lens didn't help at all! But what the heck ... loading them to Flickr shortly!
