I've just finished sewing my frist hammock and I am super excited to try it. All I have to do is hang it. I'm going to do that first chance I get tomorrow I will be posting pictures.

Congrats on the new hammock. Hope all turns out well. What material did you make it from?
Congrats and good luck! Please post some pictures when you get a chance. We love pictures.
Make sure you hang it low the first time, and don't do it over concrete! I found out the hard way (literally) on my first DIY hammock when my first attempt at whipping let loose. :o
Congrats, and welcome!
can't wait to see some pics.
Congrats, and good luck on your first hang!

All I have to do is re-whip it with rope instead of zip-ties, get some webbing, and get real attachments for the bugnetting.
Pics 1 & 3, crash pad- good idea.
Looks great!
Very nice work.
Good idea on the crash pad - and what's with those funky socks? :D:p:)
