My buddy has some land that adjoins the Upper Buffalo River Wilderness Area. He called me a couple of days ago, sez "Come on over...we're gonna build a deck."
"Okay, where, how big, etc?"
"On the slope by the creek. Big enough to put my tent on"

I hung my hammock on a steep, rocky slope...it did not go unnoticed.:jj:
There were lots of questions, and a tentative, "I may have to try one." I didn't offer up my Speer, because that is a difficult intro to hammocks. Next time, I'll take something that's easy to love. Baby steps.;)
