3/4 size 3 season tarp?
Anyone throw around the Idea of a tarp with one long side? With A rectangle or hex shape . (didn't get much from search ,but if I missed it, sorry) Something you could face the long side into the wind .Any old timers remeber the baker style tent? something along that line .You know the old weight vs usage compromise .

Some people will put their ridgeline off center if they have the tabs to do it and will pitch porch style with a full wall in back....I think that's what your describing....give me a sec and I can probably find a picture of it in somebody's gallery.

I think you're talking about having one side with say a 12' long wall and the other wall being shorter in length, yes? This is an idea I've toyed with in my head for a month or two. It would be a 3-season tarp with the ability to set-up like a 3-walled shelter if the weather turns yucky. I haven't had the time to try it yet, but I personally think it has merit. I think you should make one and let us know. :D

JRB's 10x11 has an offset pull out so it can be set up like a baker's hut. I couldn't get on thier site for some reason, but it is the way I have seen them set up their tarp for ther BMB.
