Pink camo nylon ripstop?
Ok, this started out as a joke between my daughter and me. But now it has turned a little more serious. She decided that would be cool. So now I'm looking for pink camo nylon ripstop for making quilts and hammocks for my daughters. Does anyone know if it exists, and if so where to find it? I'm hoping for 1.9oz, or 1.1.

I have seen pink camo, but I don't remember where or what material it was. My daughter wants one too!

I just saw pink camo last week at Wallyworld, but it was cotton. I'm pretty sure JoAnne fabrics has it as well. I think the pink camo is usually nylon taffeta.
Just found some pink camo online - but it is cotton as well.

Between Short Stuff's (Hooch's son) neon Green NCPatricks daughters Pink Camo, I'm seeing some pretty cool hammocks in our future.
I kinda like the Zebra print myself;)

I saw those, but is nylon lycra suitable for hammocks? I thought it was too stretchy.

Not for a hammock proper, but you could make a two layer with the nylon lycra as an outer shell  . I think your only other option for pink camo might be cotton.
Too bad magnafabrics doesn't carry pink.

Yeah shortstuff's hammock is VERY BRIGHT. If hooch ever gets in trouble with short stuff it would make a good emergency signalling device.

Thanks for the link. I think I may make a quilt out of the nylon lycra.
