I decided that I'm too big and clumsy to be a ninja (I was the big bad wolf) and I have other layering systems now.

Haha, probably the most important question to ask about this piece! There is a single zipper that runs from the front, under the crotch, and to the back of your private parts to let you do your duty. No annoying delayering necessary.

How are these sized? I'm intrigued by the idea. I love merino wool, but have trouble finding "long johns" that will fit my abnormal frame.

6'4" - 195 lbs - 36" inseam

BTW - I'm in Louisville too, perhaps we could save on shipping!

Edit: Oh the size... I'm 6'2" 190lbs 36" inseam and it seems they would be a good fit.
