Well, I took my little brother out for his FIRST CAMPING TRIP EVER!
Showed him the correct way to camp, with a hammock!! :lol:
He's never had to sleep in a tent before, so I should make him sleep in one to appreciate it more:D

Rough walking there; I hate sugar sand, especially on those turned-over fire roads. Kills my knees after a mile or so of it. I sure do get tired fast on that stuff.

Glad your brother had a good time of it; not everyone does their first time in an hammock. You sure are teaching him the tricks to comfort!

I was usually loaded down with 70lbs. Since then I've been changing my load out and I think I'm down to 40ish. I've been loosing weight on myself, that's for sure, and that's the benefit of carrying the weight.
