the liner is just as quoddy described, aluminized 70d ripstop, and is also a vapor barrier. just as reflective as a space blanket.
winter yeti's should be avail shortly, i had a couple laying around, which is what quoddy got, they are not in-stock just yet. they shouldn't be "too" much more than the 3 season which is 200.
Just used my Winter Yeti on the Northern Hang in temps to 21º and was toasty with only a ccf pad under my foot.
Whooooooo Winter Yeti!
Shug
well guess ill probally be waiting to hold out for a winter Yeti....thx WBG for helping me spend more money on my gear addiction :) much appriciated....
Just curious, why not a full length winter UQ?
I really like the reflective barrier!
Some folks, myself included, have discovered that you don't really need a full length UQ to stay just as warm and happy. The weight savings is significant enough that it makes a partial length UQ very appealing to those who walk many miles to sleep in their hammock.
Will the Yeti be featured on the warbonnet website for ordering, once its available?
For those of us that purchased the Yeti already how much will the upgrade be?
