I just wanted to state that dealing with Brandon and his customer service is incredible! Through multiple PMs and two phone calls he was patient and accommodating to my needs. That to me makes it all worth it. I just want to post this openly to thank him and hopefully if others see this and are looking to buy a hammock, this will help make their decision easier.

i called him the other day to see if my payment was made and all was fine with that.. i kinda probly held him up a bit talking but , he took the time for me to answer my questions . .and told me he was looking to get my order out very soon.. now if i could walk into any store and get that kind of helpful attitude /service.. well you get the point..
Yeah my experience has been really EASY and great. Got my BB two weeks ago worked out so well I ordered a Big Mamajamba which came today! I like the fact that when I email him a quesion he did not send me a epic novel (become a vertical caver and you will know what epic novel I am talking about). I know for sure I will order all my hammock gear from him.

Agreed. I wouldn't hesitate to order again and would recommend Warbonnet to anyone.
I placed my order late one evening last week, then sent a f/u email requesting the $10 rebate listed on the website. Brandon responded and immediately sent the refund, then shipped my hammock within a week. Considering the volume of business dude seems to be doing, that's pretty amazing.
Brandon and i went round and round about a pay pal payment, my mistake, but once we got our wires uncrossed i had my superfly in 3 days and it did jan and feb of '09 without a glitch. he's the energized bunny of hammocks. LOL
