Gathered End tied into a modified sheet bend with an amsteel continuous loop. It looks like it's whipped, but I just whipped the loose fabric to make it look cleaner after tying the knot. I really like it. Here's a video using climbing rope and a bed sheet, but you get the idea...Quote:

I have one that I cut to 11' x 70" and I love it, as far as weight goes it is alittle more then my ENO but I'll take it for the comfort. And as for the packability I put mine in a stuff sack about the size of 2 tomato soup cans stacked one on top of each other and thats with a SRL and two 6' whoopies
