4 yr old Granddaughter loves her hammock!
Had my go to hammock out in the yard,,and grandkids came over last week to eat and swim in the kiddie pools and spend the day with us. The oldest is only 4 yrs old. and fell in love with the hammock..so I bought a Grand Trunk Ultralite and hung it,,then made whoopie slings for it,,next time she came over,,had it hanging in the living room and she jumped right in it,,when they got ready to leave that evening late,,,gave it to her to take home. When they got home about 11pm,,she threw a fit to have her dad hang it in her room..so she slept in it all nite..during the nite,,she had to get up to use the bathroom,,they heard her fall out with a thud,,and she cried a bit,,used the bathroom,,wouldn't go to sleep in her bed and wanted back in hammock. Slept the rest of the nite ok,,next day she had them hang it in living room so she could watch tv and bugged the heck out of them every now and then to swing her alittle,,its been the perfect "baby sitter" as she spends most of her time in it even playing and doing her thing.. they can't get her out of it and now she has laid claim that its her hammock and they have to get their own. Just thought it was funny how this has worked out as last Christmas got her a tent from Walmart,,one of the cheapie Disney tents that comes with a small sleeping bag,,and she has slept in in quite a bit and now won't even touch it over the hammock. Now we have a new convert in the family and she is only 4. lol :laugh:
