Love my Claytor! webbing and cinch buckles make it so easy to set up/take down. I just use sticks for the net spreader.

It finally dawned on me that in addition to my JH a no net hammock made sense (I admit to being a little slow at times) :). One is now on the way!
Neo should add a comment or two soon...;)

I've just returned from using the Claytor for 2 weeks in the jungle in Sarawak, Borneo, and it performed flawlessley. I had the only Claytor, with other trek members using Clarke Tropicals, DD Frontlines and Hennesey's. I used a DD XL 3 x 3 metre tarp for the extra admin room, and was glad I did due to the regular downpours. One of the trek members using a Clarke had the same problems I did with my Clarke when I trialled it - the sides fall in too close to the body, and he was searching for a way to spread them apart.
The Claytor's size was great, and I slept very well each night on the diagonal. The final 3 nights were trekking on a mountain, so I binned the thermarest to save a bit of weight and space - and again had a great nights sleep even without the mat insulation and padding. It was actually quite cool, so I had none of the tropical issues I usually have at home in Oz when trying to sleep during our ''Wet'' season.

I've tried to attach a few pics of the Claytor in action in Borneo, but they won't display...

My no net showed up yesterday. I'll try it this weekend!
Now the no-net is just he JH without the net and tarp system right? I take it that one would primarily use that during the cooler months when bugs aren't an issue?
