Can someone clarify the turnaround time listed on their site?

I ordered the whoopie sling/webbing combo and a bishop bag on the 13th, when should I expect it to be delivered? I got the PayPal receipt but no communication from arrowhead directly. Site says 2-3 days for small orders (I'd assume my items constitute a small order), so when does the clock start? I leave Thursday for a 20 day vacation and I'd like to have my new suspension with me for the trip. Can someone who's ordered through this site give me an idea of how the process works? Sorry, not used to dealing with small cottage shops. It's usually in person at REI/Cabela's or online from a site that ships from a warehouse somewhere.

I ordered Dynaglide whoopies the other day and recieved them in just a few days. Really pretty great service.

I get stuff in only a few days and it has to travel all the way from Idaho to South Florida.

Generally our times are pretty close but they are an estimate that we put out there and try and update once every month or two. Day to day variables like just how many orders we get in can change our times one day to the next a bit. We have also had one crew member out last week getting some follow up eye surgery so we have been playing catch up a little bit the last week with orders and emails. Most orders from last week will be shipping today or tomorrow.

Hopefully ya get it! Crossing my fingers for you. Bad time of the year to not order things like this ahead of time since everyone seems to be placing orders. I found that out the hard way last year :(. The cottage vendors work hard to keep everyone happy and I have had great experiences thus far :).

Hopefully you get something worked out! Worse comes to worse I'm sure you could pick some up on the way out and refund your order when you get back, I'm sure they'd be willing to work something out with you,
