I ordered a 20 degree phoenix and it should be arriving in the next day or two. Does it come with everything I will need to attach it to my HH Zip? Or do I need to get s biners or additional shock cord etc? I am planning on making a trip on Friday morning so I'd like to get whatever I might need today or tomorrow.
Also, what kind of stuff sack does it come with? I know opinions vary, but any need to get a compression sack?
It comes with everything you need to hang your UQ on your hammock. It also comes with a nice stuff sack. As for a compression sack, that depends on you and how much room you have in your pack and how compressed you are willing to squish your down. I personally don't use a compression sack for my UQ/TQ, I just stuff them in a pack liner into the bottom of my pack, and them stack everything else on top of them. YMMV.
Same here, I put mine in a Turkey bag loose and pile everything on top. Helps fill the voids.Quote:
