So I have ordered twice from Paul and AE in the last few months. The second time was this week. I ordered on Monday, it shipped Tuesday and arrived today. Awesome, right... Well, it gets better. I noticed that one item was left out of the package... Well I happen to be on gmail at the same time as Paul and he said just give him a call. So I did and 30 sec later I was off the phone and the missing product will be on the way.
Now, no one is perfect and mistakes happen. It really is how a person / company reacts that sets them apart from the rest. I really appreciate how I was treated and how quick Paul addressed the issue.
Yep, been so flooded with orders that one got away from me, :) The last couple weeks have been amazing, every time I think we are close to caught up or are caught up it only last a minute or two. I don't think there has been a two hour block of time in the last 3 weeks that we have not gotten an order in. I would love a day to go out and do a day hike with the weather here warming up, but I am good with being busy. :D Keep em coming, I will make the shipping girl (my wife) double check me better. :D
Stuff happens... I just appreciate your service to the community... And your products. I used the tie downs you sent last night in the backyard and they work great. The knots seem to get really tight when I took them off this morning. Like they wouldn't slide when not under load. Suggestion on how to loosen them up?
Got my cinch buckles and Amsteel in....just waiting for my 1.1 camo...ready to try my hand at making some whoopie slings for the first time. Making a double layer hammock and a tarp......
I hope the new design on the cinch buckles turn out great!!!
If you wiggle, bend, and flex them a bit they will loosen their constriction a bit and slide a bit easier. If you want you can also take out a loop around and that will free them a bit as well, if you try that and need any guidance give me a shout.
