lost package = great JRB customer service
I ordered one of JRB's quilts, and the package was lost by the post office, or perhaps grabbed by someone after it was dropped at the destination.
My trip is in a week and time is running out. I called JRB and explained the situation and gave them the post office investigation case number and other details. JRB then immediately sent me another quilt. They didn't wait for the post office to figure out what happened - they knew my trip was coming and that I needed the quilt and they didn't hesitate to make sure I got what I ordered.
