Hammocks Have Shipped!
First, let me say that I have been nothing but impressed by the level of customer service at Hennessy.
Ann, Keltie, and Andrew have been responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful all the way through my process of getting a couple of hammocks.
Got my packaging/shipping notice this morning, and I have an Explorer Ultralight Zip (with 30d Hex tarp upgrade) and an Expedition Zip on the way!
Time to start looking into 3-season options for warmth.

Hennessy has great service. I live in Vancouver. hennessy is based on one of the small islands in the Juan de Fuca Straight. Their shpper is a web entitlement company based in Delta, BC, about 20 minutes drive from my office. When I order something, I just put down on the order that I will pick it up. The peeps in shipping are usually expecting me with smiles on their faces, and polite thank yous. I have even called them a couple of times, and was impressed with how nice the people who work for them are. Great company to do business with.
My supershelter is on a weather delay by UPS. Not the fault of Hennessy....they got it right out the next day after I ordered it.
I have always had great service from Hennessy, have ordered three hammocks from them and they have always had outstanding customer service and there are not many places that the owner answers the phone when you call, or his wife. Hennessy has won my business, and I will continue to shop there until they stop selling or I can't hang anymore.
I definitely didn't expect to be emailed directly by HIM when ordering from them. Very pleasant doing business with them.
