email@example.com doesnt deam to be working for me?... I am getting a little nervous I ordered an UQ from Adam and Jenny aboout 3 and a half weeks ago and they said they would try to get it done in under 2 weeks? I dont know?... Can't email them either. Anyone else having problems? What should I do?
Have you tried calling them on the phone?
They are great folks and make a great product. Sometimes the workload overwhelms the workers and communications slow down a bit but they have always come through for me and others that I know about.
You should just call them...the number is on their website at the top. They want you to be happy.

I just got off the phone with Adam. They answer just about any call I make to them (I think they recognize my number).
Hey thanks, I didn't think they would want to be answering the phone all the time but I'll give it a try.
We got an email from another customer about the firstname.lastname@example.org issue. I forwarded it to our website manager. Adam just left to snag another sewing machine in Indiana.... Since I can't answer the phone, I AM answering emails, as quickly as I can while shipping everything out.
Hammockman, PM me so I know your name, and I'll track you down. We're finally making headway on the wait times again (2 steps forward, one step back, seems like.....).

I called Adam and then e-mailed to place an order...got a message back stating it wasn't delivered.
Copy/paste/pm and wait. They'll get it all straightened out soon.
