Hello from bonnie Scotland!
like a lot of others on here I've been lurking in the shadows awhile  but I figured now that I actually have a hammock (sl end channel from 2.2oz ripstop 126"x66") and might actually be able to contribute (maybe) I should say hey.
I have only slept in my hammock once (somewhat inebriated, in my mums attic) but I had a great night and was ridiculously comfy.
I'm going camping for a few days next week to Galloway Forest (SW Scotland) to properly test drive my new gear, I have a Snugpak UQ and a -10C sleeping bag en route, although I am hoping to have a bash at making making my own UQ/TQ when I have developed my injector skills past my current squiggly lines, suppose I'll have to make more hammocks until then :shades:
Really seems like a great bunch of folk here. Loving how friendly and helpful everyone is and their willingness to impart their wisdom and experience. Looking forward to being a part of it!
