Full Rig Sale (TQ, UQ, BB hammock, Edge Tarp)
Up for sale:
Hammock Gear "the burrow" 3 season long size with the snaps & drawstring for the foot box, 900 fill goose down color is the green and black combo. Rated at 30 degrees. Bought in July 2011 and has been used about 10 nights. New price was $259, will sell for $200. SOLD! Thank you.
Hammock Gear 3 season "Phoenix" UQ (used to be the crow's nest). 900 fill down, black color and is the 3/4 length. Bought in March 2011 for $189 and has been used about 5 nights. Will sell for $155. SOLD! Thanks to the same person!
Both of these items are in just about perfect condition. They've been stored in the open (not even in a sack, I guess you could call them "free range" quilts).
Warbonnet Blackbird, used about 10 nights, just about perfect condition. It's the 1.1 oz, double layer olive color. $160. This came with the adjustable webbing, however I did make some whoopie slings and tree straps which I would include instead of the webbing. Just let me know which one you want (I'd like to keep the adjustable webbing and tri-rings if possible, but will go either way ).
Warbonnet "The Edge" tarp, Silnylon brownish, maybe olive brown? I'll include my ridge line (piece of cord attached at each end) and diy tarp tensioners on the tarp. The ridge line is dyneema and the tensioners are a lovely hot pink mason's line. $75 SOLD!
If you're wonderin'; I'm selling to go back to the ground for the next several years (planning on going back to the trees at some point). My kids are getting to the age that we're backpacking and canoe camping and for me there is something special about spending time in the tent with them vs. being in separate rigs. Eventually, I'll be looking for a hammock set-up for the crew, as they age.
Thanks for your consideration! Your purchase will help me pick up a nice feathered friends or WM bag so I can keep warm on the cold earth!
