DIY Materials to Construct a 40 Liter Frameless Backpack
$39 shipped to CONUS, PayPal only. PM for questions, purchase.
Enough new, unused materials to construct an approximately 40 liter/2,500 cu.in. frameless backpack as daypack or UL overnighter. Materials assembled, but NOT cut to size. You can customize as you wish. Additional materials will be needed (ex. For a padded hipbelt) if your final design does not match available fabric. Inexpensive way to build a pack without having to buy excess fabric/notions.
30x16 330 denier black cordura (back panel and bottom); 24x58 1.9 oz tan ripstop (sides and front); brown silnylon, 40x13 multi-level wicking mesh, 3/8 blue foam, 1.5webbing, Ύ webbing, 2 ladder-lock buckles (RayWay-style shoulder straps); 1 webbing and buckle (hipbelt); 1.3 oz brown silnylon (extension collar maybe a little small, could use some of the tan ripstop instead); 36x60 black stretch mesh (pockets); 1/8 bungie, 2 cord locks, 1 grosgrain (tie-out loops, cord); 1 black webbing (haul loop); 2 black elastic hose keepers (for water hose). Suggested design: large main pack body w/extension collar, 2 side pockets, 1 front pocket, padded shoulder straps, webbing hipbelt. RayWay or DIY Gear Supply packs could be used as models, sized for available fabric.
