I recently purchased a set of stingerz with zing it spliced onto them. When the package showed up I opened right away only to discover that there was no zing it, just the stingerz. I double checked my order to make sure I didn't screw up first and discovered I selected and was charged for the stingerz with zing it. So I wrote an email right away explaining what happened. To my surprise I received a reply by email within a few minutes, no joke. It said they were sorry for the mistake and would get new ones shipped out right away. I was then surprised once again to receive another email about an hour later with the shipping info for the new package. When the package showed up I opened right away and there was my stingerz with zing it spliced onto them. I then sent another email asking if I was supposed to ship the stingerz without zing it back and they replied no, keep them. I thought I received exceptional service! I wasn't upset at all about the screw up because of the quick response and quick actions to fix it. Everyone makes mistakes, but its how you fix them that matters! It doesn't get much better than that!
Another great story. There are some truly great cottage vendors for the hammock community. We're definitely blessed in that area.
