Pack Sold! Thanks all for looking.
Yeah, that's my concern. Hmm...really want to give a bridge a go, but have no desire to buy or make another UQ (my least favorite DIY, ever!). May need to just go ahead and make it and see what i...
Guys - for you that have made this design already, what UQ are you using? Can I use a standard UQ I would use for a gathered end hammock? That was my main concern when looking at a WB Ridgerunner -...
Bump for price drop

Hey All - time to thin the herd. Great winter pack here- hipbelt size is Medium. I bought it in Winter 2011, maybe used it a handful of times. Specs are linked...
All - like the title says, looking for a WBRR in good condition, no preference on SL or DL. Bonus points if you have a sock to sell as well.
Thanks,
Norm
Thanks all - much appreciated.
Thanks IFish. When you say the Yeti will work, but not as well, did you have CBS when you used it? Or were there other issues?
Hey guys - looking to purchase a bridge hammock, and strongly leaning towards a ridgerunner. That said, I do not want to purchase another underquilt specially for this hammock, since I currently use...
All king stones sold. Traveler still available. Feel free to make an offer if the price isn't to your liking.
Thanks again.

First, a Sixmoon Traveler pack. ...
Incredible idea!
Personally, I would rather risk being too warm than too cold. At 60 degrees, I would probably use my 3 season UQ and 3 season TQ, both of which are rated to 30* or so. Then, I would "dial-in" my...
Mo Co. here as well.
Very cool!
Hey Dutch - when are you guys going?

Great video and tunes BC - as always.
This is in my roundhouse as well - love to hook up with you guys next time out. Norm
Reminds me of Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs.... PUT THE DOG IN THE BASKET!
Thanks for the parking advice guys!
Hey All,
Thinking of hiking in from the south. Would park at Caledonia, but that'll be a little too far for me to hike out Sunday a.m. Does anyone know of any good trailside parking spots...
Great vid and soundtrack, Joey!
Can you park at south mountain inn overnight? I usually park at the I70 footbridge, but would love to try another jumping off point.
Hope to see you out there...
I have a 900 I'll part with. Not a set, just the pot. PM me if interested.
Congrats guys!
+3 - her products are top notch. She just made me a great set for my HG winter palace.
Given the weather in the NE right now, can you ditch one of the sleeping bags?
Hey WV - anything here of interest: http://www.mcmaster.com/#one-way-flow-valves/=gj9nig
Looks great GLP. Nice work.
I was chunky when I was little, so all my friends called me "Norm", like the guy from Cheers - the name stuck, and also morphed over the years into things like "Normis", "Norman", etc. "Norm" wasn't...
Editing to remove bad advice - thanks for the correction MAD777.
Yes, darts are the way to go. You can really add them anywhere along the length of the quilt. I add mine near the head and foot end, but anywhere will work.
Hey Luke - PM Sent.
If you're a handy DIY'er, you can modify the plans for any IX UQ to make a TQ. Simply omit the suspension, add a drawcord at the foot end, and you're done. Easy peasy.
Thanks Fellas!
You got it Ray. It's a last minute thing for me too. Out of curiosity, any idea how the water spring is at Annapolis Rocks in the winter? I've only been in the summer.
Hey all,
Planning a quick overnight on Saturday to test out some new gear. Leaving from I-70 footbridge, heading North to either Annapolis Rocks or, more likely, Pogo Campground. Probably...
Here's a pattern for a DL hammock:

One word....Genius.
I'm absolutely on the cold side - My 20 degree UQ and TQ will usually only take me to 35 or 40, but some of that is inexperience using a 3/4 UQ and proper layering. Working on that this winter....
One of my favorite spots RedBeard - should be a great weekend. Hoping to head up there next weekend myself. Give us a shout when you get back and let us know how the water situation was.
Have a...
Amazing pics ofuros!
Looks great - nice work!
I'm in! Thanks So much Lymph - very generous. My preference would be:

What Brian said - no diff cut needed on a TQ, unless you're planning on using it as an UQ as well.
