How do you attach your whoopie slings to a Bridge Hammock? Im thinking just Larks head it to the ring. Does this sound Most secure and easiest? Just bought a BMBH and already messing...
Good luck Bat! Can't wait to hang with you again and hear all about your AT experience.:D:D:D

I love my Feathered Friends down booties!:D:D
Hello John,
Glad you found us!
I'm sure you will find everything hammock here and much more.
Be careful you could get addicted(like me) and find yourself spending more money and time on hammocks...
You've got a good looking set-up Yukon. Looks like your back yard is the next spot for a group hang.:D:lol:
The footbox on my Burrow ties together. I didn't want scratchy Omni tape or to worry about snaps that may cause stress on the material. I like my quits to have that blanket option.:D
I like this idea also. Sounds like a Spring Hang!:D
Sending PM.
A big Welcome from the other side of the Cascades!
:D:D:D
GREAT trip report! Beautiful pictures! Thank you sir.:D
Please report on this matter if you do get some. Im not exactly happy how my MW4 hangs under my HH Expedition.
I'm in. Thanks :D
That's some great lookin equipment! I'm jealous of anyone who can say they made and used their own hammock and tarp. Be proud.:D
I try to go car camping at least once a year so the whole family can get out into the woods. They all love to go just not all of us are Hammockers or hikers. I try my hardest tho to find a primitive...
100 feet of green. Hope I did it right.
Im good with any kind.:)
Thank you for the post! Your pictures are great. I know that kind of wind under your UQ makes it almost worthless. I had a similar experience at the top of tree line on Mt. Adams last year....
My son and i will be attending. We will be bringing our own meals but can pitch in on what ever need be for potluck.:D
I'm from southern Washington and would definitely be interested to hang in north to central Oregon
Ebay is a great place to get a good price on these ECWS Bivy bags.
I spent New Years night in my HH Exped. With My winter set of JRB quilts. It got down to 12 degrees F. The prediction was to be in the single digits but neverless this was still MY low.
:D
Hammock and Tarp are on the inside of my Flash 65.
Welcome!

+1 for Outdoordude
Where did you get that Marpat Poncho Liner?
From one cold sleeper to another:
I would definately say to take the BM with doors( you dont want any wind getting between your Hammock and UQ) . Your Bottom insulation sounds good. Make sure to...
Are these the GTX? Are they the Mid tops? Could you post a pic?
Thanks
I got my 3-season stuff down to 15 degrees last weekend. Im thinkin that should be good enough. if not ill have to bust out the winter quilts.
Im really just giving this thread a bump.
My prediction is a warm comfortable nights sleep.:)
Beautiful country, thanks for the report. It really does payoff to test that gear!:D
This sounds like a great idea!:)

There is a thread on here I saw yesterday about a guy who did that with a Ti-goat stove .keep searching . If I find it I'll let you know.
I myself am very impressed with their quality of product, excellent customer service and lightning fast shipping.
Let us know how cold you can comfortably get get down to with those quilts:D
