32139. I believe that this photo was taken very close to the proposed site. Forgive me, I'm not very good at tree identification.
Sounds good. Shouldn't be too hard to spot a bunch hammocks strewn about the wilderness! See you there!
I can make it on Saturday. You think you guys will still be there or are you planning on a second location for Saturday night?
Hey fellas, I think I have to check this hang out. Might be coming with one extra. No need for an extra food burden. Tarped and split firewood lies within 1/4 mile or so east of the hang site...
Nice. Right to the point. I like it.
When did they start making then with draft collars?
Are you guys heading north or south?

Grizz, can't you just tether a something to their hiking poles?
Maybe just one?
I missed out on the group buy and was wondering if anyone had a couple extra they'd be willing to part with. Thanks.
I'll be the third. 100 ft.
I'm also curious about the weight. Loose or not, if it serves the purpose...ha
Thanks for the reply. For a 300 ft. roll, their price is about the same as 4 ratchet straps.
Does anyone have any experience with webbing bought from Shipper's Supplies?

That's nice. I'm in.
Exactly. I have two underquilts when the girlfriend goes with me, or I have a top quilt and underquilt when she doesn't. snaps for me. We're usually car camping when we're together, so we just use...
got ya. It was terms of use thing. My bone. I'll try and get used to these interwebs. In the meantime, good luck with your sales.
sorry for the violations.
Your link has the silverware listed for under $12. I'll bite for $8
whoa, buddy...might be time for you to split off - - ha, ha. Seriously though, the vids you've been putting out have been instrumental for my own hammocking endeavors. I appreciate all the hard (or...
What's it made out of?
Thanks for the link, rjcress. That's a good price...too bad he doesn't have more colors. Good luck on the test!
These are simple gross grain loops and toggles I attached (every two feet) to the edge of my hammock. I thought this idea could be multipurpose.
To keep the hammock from flapping in the wind when...
I'm glad to hear it sewed well. Thanks for doing a test. I've also been kicking this idea around for a while and I look forward to your results. Do you think this weaving will work? I’m limited...
I'd also say PE Foam, maybe 3/32". Looks pretty good. If it is, do you feel the stitches are holding the foam well without the scrim?
Hook it up. I'm in. Like a Six.
rjcress - That would definitely work. I was hoping to avoid purchasing scrim, but it may be inevitable?
You can blow through it and it seeps water easily, but only because of the holes made by stitching, hence the reason for the quilting.
I'm having trouble sewing PE foam by itself. Pleats/darts are a problem, unless you have some nylon to hold it together; otherwise, the foam won't feed through the machine and it'll rip. I suppose...
"you're also responsible I think for indirectly pointing a posse of youtube followers at my youtube channel. You got some weird followers dude"
Agreed. Myself included...Thanks for making...
not seeing it online...
Hello and welcome from NWPA.
~Maleko
Always good to have options. Luckily, this state has quite a few. Gotta love PA.
If you decide to go with the 2nd area up for consideration, I've included a review of a nice spot near Hickory Creek along the Tanbark Trail.
