I have family in Sikeston, it is a great area. Have you decided on your insulation choice yet?
Great setup!
I have both the 9 and 12, they are both great. I use the 9 as a 3 seasons tarp and the 12 is for winter. For the money, why not get the Noah's 9 as well? Then you have more options and a loaner if...
I'll take the Lewis UQ per the price as quoted in PM
Awesome! I still use my windshield reflector for added warmth, they may be a little bulky but they weigh nothing. Good on you for showing how a guy could get in to hammock camping on the cheap.
I just got mine a few days ago and have done some testing...here's the thread I posted
https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/showthread.php/106263-Just-received-my-new-AHE-Jarbridge!!!
An interesting idea, I think the knotty mod could help as well. I always slept with my pad in my sleeping bag to keep it from moving.
I would check out Arrowhead equipment, they have a wide variety of synthetic quilts and they offer down quilts as well. I just ordered a Jarbridge UQ from them and got it within 4 days! Check them...
Great job! No I'm going to have to go chop in to my Kelty 0 degree down bag....
Welcome to the forum ! I am in the St Louis area too, it would be great to get a St. Louis area group hang planned sometime soon.
*Posting from inside the hammock*
For this test I am using my new Jarbridge UQ of course, my hammaka double hamock, and my Kelty Cosmic 0deg down sleeping bag in TQ style. I am wearing wool socks,...
To my great delight I saw that the postman had left a package on my porch today and the label said "Arrowhead Equipment" on it! Paul, your turnaround time was fast, I ordered on Saturday (a non...
My guess was a bit off....and admittedly I was thinking Euros instead of pounds, but still not a terrible deal.
I have already placed my entry but let me just say again how cool this is of you Dutch! Good luck to all who have entered! Even if I don't win the raffle I see a Dutch Argon 11 ft hammock in my...
Sorry, all deal making on my end will be dealt with in pm from here on out.
So if I pull the trigger and buy this package....who is interested in the Sierra Stealth? All I really want is the Tewa Breeze...
Easttex, if you don't take it, I am going to.
I wish I would have waited! I just bought a new Jarbridge!
Not a bad deal! Approximately 100 bucks shipped to the states!
What is the weight of the Climasheild used in the Lewis UQ? Any pictures?
It's supposed to be a cold and snowy couple of days in my neck of the woods. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my KAQ Jarbridge so that I can test it's lower limits. I have been testing out my...
Good and inexpensive idea....I may try this.

My guess would be a lightweight sil nylon. I would say that waterproof is good! I would check out ripstopbytheroll.com or dutchwaregear.com, I am pretty sure you will find what you need between the...
This is the regular torso size pack, however it is quite adjustable as well. I am right at 6 ft tall and it fits me perfectly.
I would like a reversible 11 ft DL. Argon hammock. One layer would be camo the other layer would be black so that I can choose which layer faces out to match whatever backpack I am carrying lol. I...
The waist belt is large. It is highly adjustable, will easily fit from a size 32 to a size 40 waist. I am a size 38 and there is still room to adjust.
For sale is an Arcteryx Bora 80 that has been used once on a 4 day winter hike on the Ozark Trail. This is a BIG pack, but it is comfortable and the suspension is second to none. The pack was...
