The tossing and turning is more out of habit for me than actual 'pain' from pressure points. So far I've made it to about 3am before I roll over, even though nothing 'hurts'.
Oh, I didn't realize it was such a good insulator, they make 'tube' style pillows, perhaps they would be better for neck\head support?
