Thank you for all that you do and have done!
Thanks! I reached out to them to see if I could slide in an order. We shall see.
Just got some birthday cash. DANG!

I have an open ended bridge made from 1.9 rs nylon. Hung properly it flattens out nicely. However even at 1.9, the RS nylon sags more than I would like. This is only noticed when sitting or putting...
Wow. My brand new hexon is slightly jealous. Although I think the hexon is probably a bit nicer to lay on than the nylon.
I weigh essentially the same as you (156) and just picked up a SL Hexon 1.0. LUXURIOUS is the word that comes to mind. It's perfect. Seriously, just buy it. You won't regret it.
Try putting in your hammock length plus distance of triangles.
Very interesting. Btw, your PM inbox is full. Was going to ask you a question.
[emoji6] i wonder what would happen if Dutch offered sewn bridge hammock bodies? Granted they are a little more varied but I think it would be feasible.
Yea, that setup would be VERY nice for simplicity sake.
Oh wow! Your daughter is crazy awesome!
Cinch bugs w/15' kevlar webbing and sewn on Dutch Clips
3 yd PolyD 1.4 in deep purple w/ black Gutterman thread
2 each of 0.625" x 18" poles with and...
Wow, wow wow. First off I was blown away to be picked in the raffle on FB. :scared:
I have a bridge hammock (also created by Dutch, sshhhh) and setup the cinch buckles on that. The leads for my...
Need this in my bedroom!
Unsure how the RR is setup but I use that exact style (not same model) of pole with my DIY Bridge. I am able to open the amsteel loops that connect to the webbing loops of the bridge and slide in my...
Got a pattern for this?
I found sleeping atop a sailboat while in a hammock not enjoyable. The boat seemed to gimbal underneath and the hammock stayed still but the worst part was the up and down motion caused by waves....
The atlas straps are easy as pie. That is what I would recommend for someone young and/or new to hammocks.
Welcome from Cumming.
Great products indeed. Losing them is my only concern with them.
Plot twist: Dutch is a man wearing black!
Basically 600fp would just require you use more ounces to fill the same area as if you used a higher fp.
Also, which target pillows did you use?
I agree. I also feel like while whoopie slings work, the atlas straps are crazy fast to setup albeit for a slight weight penalty. HYOH.
Isn't this exactly what the Streamliner Hammock from Simply Light Designs is doing?

This is exactly the setup I use on my bridge. Works awesome. I also use trekking poles. I just open up the loops and insert poles. Works great.
I used a similar setup recently trying out this idea. I tied loops on either end of webbing. One end had the carabiner the other loop had the whoopie sling attached. This worked very well.
I even...
Spot on. For me the "flatness" is determined if I can COMFORTABLY lay on my stomach full stretched out.
What is interesting is that TZ's footbox hammock is much shorter (8ft) an has a flat lay (as best I can tell).
Yes I will take #3.
Is #3 still for sale?
No gaps at all.
Hey everyone. Just finished testing my karo step underquilt for my bridge hammock. It was a lot of work, but totally worth it! 73" long, 36" at head, 30" at foot and 3" baffles. Many thanks for the...
Any issue with the contact lense case causing issues on the fabric?
CW and I were talking on the phone about if you actually did that for the diamond or not. Kudos! Looks great! Thanks for the info.
Gee, wonder who CW is referring to. Lol. How much larger did you make it than your hammock?
Welcome! I too am in Cumming! :D
Another hanger here in the lake Lanier area! We so need to get us all together.
I'm in.....
Forestay to rearstay and vice versa. 2 hammocks, 1 26' boat. Quite strange really. The boat kinda gimbals underneath you. I couldn't stay asleep as the boat pitched up and down due to the waves I'd...
Nice score!!
Do you have a pattern by chance of the latest design?
I'm looking for a pattern (kind of like http://www.backwoodsdaydreamer.com/diy-guides/hammock-bugnets/) but for a bridge style. I've seen several people make them but no real instructions.
Anyone...
I concur. I had a 58. You could get WAY more than 25 lbs worth of gear into it. Above that weight in all just goes wrong. Not sure if its the shoulder straps stretching under the weight making the...
So sorry to hear you won't be coming GP. Hope you heal quickly.
I'd like to see a "departure window" for Sunday as well.
I have a high peak extreme pak. Meets all of your criteria at an awesome price point.
Just moved my name to the definitely attending column! Snaggletooth will be coming with me. She is super stoked!
Now to just hammer out the details of if I'll be bringing our own water...
Come on out! This was my daughter's first trip and she is 6!!
We got there about 4 on Friday. After hiking the WRONG direction for a mile, we ran into Joan. Thankfully she pointed us in the RIGHT direction and hiked along with us. She was a real treat to talk...
Was a great time indeed! Pics coming soon.
