I'll take the UGQ!
If I remember correctly these used to be made with Multicam Epsilon. What is the difference between Multicam Epsilon and Multicam Quantum?
Got any left?
If you want to use zingit/lashit and have reflectivity, you can use bike wheel spoke reflectors, cut in half.
Bike Wheel Spoke Reflectors
How did they fail?
That's a great video, thanks!
Awesome work, thanks for sharing!
Love my Jarbidge. The three season works great at 40-50°F. Curious to see how low I can push it.
I love my Multicam UQP, there's no condensation issue. The epsilon multicam fabric is excellent and the construction of the UQP superb.
Are there any updates with the epsilon and are there going...
The multicam fabric is really nice.
I think I'm all set, thanks so much for the responses.
Hello,
I'm looking for a set of four descender rings or a couple of cinch buckles for a webbing suspension.
Thanks in advance!
Since you already have the bugnet I'd go with the ENO if it's cheaper. If you can get them locally why not try both and return the one you don't like? The decision is almost entirely personal...
How do you like using a dutch buckle instead of a cinch buckle/descender rings? How's the adjustability? Does it work alright as a water break?
I like keeping my straps separate from my hammock...
Missy Lou,
Why is the MultiCam option for the 20° and 0° Zeppelins $35 compared to $25 for the 40° Zeppelin when the dimensions are identical?
Got me all excited.
Some more comparison specs just for thoroughness sake, though not all offer a MultiCam option.
Wilderness Logics 3/4 Length Underquilt
Fill Type: 850+ Goose Down
Fill Weight: 10 oz (9 oz...
If your prusiks are slipping just do more wraps.
Howdy,
I'm looking to try out some Dutchware...interested in a pair of the Titanium Dutch Clips and some Titanium Ridgeline Biners.
Let me know if you have some spares in your drawer that...
Yeah these two are close, wish I could get both. From my quick impression I think for some of the other products mentioned (full length and 40° underquilts) the value is a little more in favor of...
They have started selling these for dirt cheap from china.
Weight difference looks to be 2.96 oz adjusting for fill and material, although you get 245 sq. in. more coverage with the Zeppelin, which is significant.
What's the MultiCam material that you use?
I got some made by Mountain Goat that are excellent. She makes them custom for your tarp.
For anyone else interested in this comparison, here's info I found on the Hammock Gear suspension:

Thanks silentorpheus!
It seems that Underground Quilts shipping charges are steep for just an underquilt which skews the value a little bit as well, at least compared to Hammock Gear.
Thanks for the info Dutch!
Not asking for a choice, just opinions and some additional info. I am sure I can't make a bad choice with these. There's just a few of the minor details I can't compare...
Do you know what kind of down Hammock Gear uses and is there really such a major difference between the two?
I searched for HyperDry, but there's little info besides from the manufacturer and UGQ.
Howdy,
I'm on the hunt for a 20° 3/4 length down underquilt. I've narrowed it down to either a Underground Quilts Zeppelin 20° or a Hammock Gear Phoenix 20°, ideally with multicam outer shell. Did...
If these work well I would definitely be interested in one. What do you expect the retail price to be?
I'd test one too...
Is the double actually 11.5' long, or is it 8'9" like the one with netting?
I like to hang stuff underneath the tarp on a continuous as well.
Why'd you decide on a incubator instead?
I'll throw in, thanks for the opportunity!
There's also products intended for use on livestock that are reasonably priced, but there's uncertainty on how safe and effective they are compared to the products specifically intended for use on...
I'll thrown in my praise for Mountain Goat too. Her hats look real nice too.
The Sawyer permethrin works well although grossly overpriced. If you can find the military stuff that would be the best option.
Congrats! Nice giveaway!
Is it possible to get additional zippers on the Blackbird XLC?
Could you please still post photos?
How do you guys deal with wind?
All sold, thanks and enjoy!
I'll take it. pm sent
It was 1/4" ID, 3/8" OD tubing from McMaster.
I have only one more extra. I have no plan to sell these regularly, my fingers would be constantly raw from all the splicing. At first it's kinda fun...
I have tubing enough for one more set if anyone is interested.
I keep mine in a 6" x 12" 5L stuff sack.
The magnets will not demagnetize as though the magnetism is being used up to power the fan.
I hope this is acceptable. I made myself some guyline tensioners out of 1.75mm Lash-It and silicone tubing. The tubing comes in a 10' length, which is way more than I need, so I'm offering a spare...
I bought mine for the sale and it didn't come with anything else besides the stuff sack, though when you go to purchase the seam sealer it also states that a tube is included with every tarp. Also I...
You won't find silicone tubing at Lowes and Home Depot.
